Water under drive shaft between transmission and stuffing box

I am getting water in the area between the transmission and the stuffing box. The water doesn’t drain into the bilge. I have tried looking for the limbic holes but I can’t find them. This is on an 2000 Oceanis 331. Can anyone help me either to find these holes or tell me why the water isn’t draining to the bilge pump.
